The duration of a photo shoot can vary depending on the size of the property and the number of shots required. On average, a comprehensive shoot can take between a few hours until up to three days.

What is your process for scheduling a photo shoot?

Once you contact me, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your individual vision and needs. If possible, I come to see the location on that occasion. After agreeing on the scope of work, we will set a date for the shoot, taking into consideration your hotel’s occupancy and event schedule to minimize disruption.

What sets your work apart from other hotel photographers?

My unique style and certainly the fact that I am German - which means very precise, efficient and detail oriented. I have a quick turnaround time of max. 5 days and my long experience in the hospitality industry and ability to capture the essence and soul of each property make my work stand out.

Depending on the project scope, I may work alone or with an assistant to ensure the highest quality results.

All post-processing and editing is done by me personally to ensure consistency and high quality, using advanced editing software to enhance and perfect each image.

The turnaround time for photos is typically max. 5 days, depending on the project size and complexity. Videos are max. 10 days.

Pricing is based on the project, including the number of shots and videos required, duration of the shoot, and specific client needs. I have customized offers to suit different budgets.

Additional costs may include travel expenses such as flights, transfers and accommodations and any special requests that require additional resources.

Do you require a deposit or contract?

Yes, a deposit and signed contract are required to secure the booking and outline the terms and conditions of the project which makes it clear, easy and safe for both parties.

Absolutely. I encourage clients to provide a shot list or specific requests to ensure all key areas and features are captured.
